About Jim Craig

Jim Craig has been working as a bankruptcy an attorney since 1977. He handles bankruptcy and debtor creditor matters, trusts wills and probate, business matters and real estate problems. Jim Craig Jim has extensive bankruptcy experience, having served as a bankruptcy trustee from 1981 to 1995. As president of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees from 1987 to 1988, Jim met and worked with trustees and bankruptcy judges from around the country.

Jim has written several legal works, lectured and testified before the U.S. Congress and the South Dakota State Legislature on bankruptcy matters. Jim serves as counsel for debtors and creditors in chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13.
